Mr. Smidler is a consulting mechanical engineer for product failure analysis, accident causation, equipment evaluation, systems evaluation, project evaluation, product development projects and safety and maintenance procedures. He has experience as an expert witness and with providing depositions and courtroom testimony. He has over 30 years of experience in product development, engineering management, testing, and litigation support.
TEE specializes in rapid response investigations of commercial vehicle accidents. Mr. Smidler, as a licensed Pilot for over 30 years with his own aircraft, can quickly and conveniently access accident sites. Centrally located in Indiana he can to be on site within hours in much of the United States and Canada.
